Data collected
As part of selling creations, we only collect the necessary data: name, shipping address, email address and order information. No banking data is stored on this site — payments are processed by secure providers (Stripe, PayPal).
Use of data
Your data is used exclusively to: process and deliver your orders, respond to your messages, and — with your consent — send you our newsletter. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Order data is kept for the legal accounting period (10 years). Contact data is kept for 3 years after the last exchange.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@passrochet.fr. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in each email.
