Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Products
All creations are handmade in Switzerland. As each piece is unique, slight variations from the photographs may exist. Displayed stock corresponds to available pieces or pieces that can be made to order.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. The order is confirmed after payment validation.
3. Delivery
Delivery within Switzerland. Standard (tracked Swiss Post, 3-5 business days): €4.90 — free on orders over CHF 50. Express (Swiss Post Express, 1-2 business days): €8.90. Preparation times (3 to 7 business days for made-to-order pieces) are added to delivery times.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer law. This right does not apply to custom orders or downloaded PDF patterns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. PDF patterns
Patterns are sold for personal use only. Any resale, distribution or commercial use of the patterns or creations made from them is prohibited without written authorization.
6. Disputes
In case of dispute, please contact me first at contact@passrochet.fr to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.
